Our philosophy of education has always been meeting the needs of the individual child. According to Mother Seraphina a teacher’s primary duty is to recognize and foster the unique resources of her pupils: their interests, sensitivities, abilities, attitudes and purposes so that each student can be guided not only to the realization of her inner potentialities, but also to use them wisely in the pursuit of goals that are constructive to the society. The Digital Revolution in the 21st century affects us all. It is changing everything. It is our responsibility to enable the child to develop as a whole.

A school is a place where students begin to learn lessons of life. As educators we need to incorporate such activities that help the all-round development of each child. We, educators always encourage each child to develop their special field of interest. Our school is a place where children will gain holistic education and achieve their potentials not just in the academic field but also in the fields of sports and creative arts.

For Mother Seraphina the school was a God-given vineyard, the classroom a green house where each child with her/his unique character had to be tended and nurtured with love, concern and solicitude. Our aim is to make education a fun-filled, enjoyable learning and growing experience in the foundation of values.
